Sika Automotive Division announces personnel appointments

Madison Heights, MI – Sika Automotive Division announces the appointment of new personnel in the sales Key Account Management function.

Pattie Glencourse joins Sika Automotive as Key Account Manager for the Ford and Chrysler group Bulk Product Sales.  Glencourse brings to the role extensive product knowledge in the areas of glass bonding, acoustical and structural foam, and acoustical and structural inserts. Glencourse joins Sika from SBIC Innovative Plastics where she served as Key Account leader. Prior to SBIC Glencourse spent ten years with DOW Chemical in varied sales account roles.

Brian LaChance joins Sika Automotive as Key Account Manager for the Ford and Mercedes accounts with focus on baffles, damping and structural reinforcement business. LaChance brings to the position applications experience in sound damping, sealing, and crash and safety. Prior to joining Sika LaChance most recently was employed by the Chrysler Corporation as a Supplier Quality Engineer, spent 15 years as an Account Manager with L&L Products, and several years with General Motors as an Engineer.
