Sikafloor Decoflake 40
Sikafloor Decoflake 40 is a single broadcast (nominal 40 mils) vinyl flake system consisting of a combination of high solids epoxy, and decorative vinyl flakes. The system produces decorative, easy to install and maintain, seamless flooring with good durability and chemical resistance.
Sikafloor Decoflake 40315
Sikafloor Decoflake 40315 is a single broadcast (nominal 40 mils) vinyl flake system consisting of a combination of high solids epoxy, Sikafloor 203 pigmented basecoat, broadcast to refusal with vinyl flakes, sealed with Sikafloor 225 a UV resistant epoxy topcoat, finished with Sikafloor 315, a high solids, abrasion resistant, aliphatic polyurethane coating. The system produces a decorative UV resistant, easy to install and maintain, seamless floor with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.
Sika Decoflake UEF
Decoflake UEF is comprised of a self-leveling, medium to heavy duty, solid colored, three component, cementitious urethane slurry, Sikafloor PurCem 22N, topped with Sikafloor 203 pigmented basecoat broadcast to refusal with vinyl flakes, sealed with two topcoats of Sikafloor 203, finished with Sikafloor 315, a high solids, abrasion resistant, aliphatic polyurethane coating. Decoflake UEF has an aesthetic, easy to clean, smooth surface. Systems are typically installed at 3⁄16 to 1⁄4 in. (4.5-6 mm) thickness.
Sikafloor Epo-Rok
Sikafloor Epo-Rok consists of Sikafloor 105, a two-component, penetrating high solids, light amber, epoxy-based primer/bond coat, Sikafloor 110 Epoxy Mortar, a three-component, high solids epoxy/modified polyamine concrete floor resurfacer and Sikafloor 205, a two-component, high solids, thixotropic, epoxy based topcoat. This product can be placed using a screed and finished by hand troweling or power troweling. Typical thickness is 1/4” (6 mm).
Sikafloor Merflex 90
Sikafloor Merflex 90 is a monolithic, flexible, and abrasion resistant flooring system that is designed for areas requiring a combined water protection membrane and wearing surface. It consists of a prime coat of Sikafloor 265, a two component, high solids and flexible epoxy for use as a flexible membrane, a base coat of Sikafloor 265 broadcasted with quartz aggregate, and sealed with Sikafloor 215, a two component high solids, low viscosity, clear epoxy topcoat.Sikafloor 265 is a true elastomer for use as a seamless, waterproofing membrane. This unique, flexible polymer system maximizes flexibility and elongation to provide excellent crack bridging capabilities. Can be used alone as a Clear or with Sikafloor Epoxy Color Additive.
Sikafloor Morritex HD
Sikafloor MORRITEX™ H.D. is a monolithic solid color flooring system that is designed to be installed between 1/16” and 3/16” at varying degrees of surface texture. The system offers chemical resistance and high compressive strength, which accepts heavy abuse from impact and heavy loading.
Sikafloor Quartzite 1100
Sikafloor Quartzite 1100 is a 3/16” troweled applied floor system consisting of high solids epoxy and multicolored quartz aggregates. The system produces a decorative, easy to install and maintain, seamless flooring with excellent durability and chemical resistance.
Sikafloor Quartzite 2200
Sikafloor Quartzite 2200 is a 1/8” combination troweled slurry/broadcast floor system consisting of high solids epoxy and multicolored quartz aggregates. The system produces a decorative,easy to install and maintain, seamless flooring with excellent durability and chemical resistance.
Sikafloor Quartzite 3600
Sikafloor Quartzite 3600 is a high solids, multi-component, 3/16’’ thick decorative epoxy floorresurfacing system. Application consists of a 1/8’’ trowel layer of Sikafloor 110, followed by a quartz broadcast into Sikafloor 203 and topcoated with Sikafloor 215.
Sikafloor Quartzite 6000
Sikafloor Quartzite 6000 is a double broadcast (nominal 1/8”) floor system consisting of a combination of high solids epoxy and multicolored quartz aggregates. The system produces a decorative, easy to install and maintain, seamless flooring with excellent durability and chemical resistance.
Sikafloor Verrazzo
Sikafloor Verrazzo is a trowel applied decorative, monolithic epoxy flooring system that provides an aesthetic, chemically resistant, and durable wearing surface. The factory-blended aggregate and trowel grade quartz blend provides the proper gradation of mineral granules for greater compaction and density, which in turn provides higher compressive and impact strength. Verrazzo floor system is installed at 3/16” in thickness.

Sikafloor Versacolor is a trowel applied decorative, monolithic epoxy flooring system that provides an aesthetic, chemically resistant, and durable wearing surface. Sikagard Descoglas NR
Sikagard Descoglas NR is a seamless wall and ceiling system.The system is built using Sikagard 210 epoxy and a topcoat of Sikagard 210 or aliphatic urethane finish coat for added chemical resistance and color stability. Sikagard Descoglas NR can be topcoated with Sikafloor 422, Sikafloor 340, as well as Sikagard 307 W Sterisept.
Sikagard Descoglas RF
Sikagard Descoglas RF is a medium to heavy duty seamless wall and ceiling system. The system consists of water based primer, two 8 - 10 mil body coats of Sikagard 215 and 2 layers of topcoat are recommended. Sikagard Descoglas RF is topcoated with Sikafloor 422, aliphatic urethane for added chemical and UV resistance. Optional topcoats include, Sikafloor 340, as well as Sikagard 307 W Sterisept.
Sikagard Descoglas RM
Sikagard Descoglas RM is a heavy duty seamless wall and ceiling system applied with reinforcing fiberglass. The system is built in layers using Sikagard 210 epoxy. It can be easily cleaned and withstand frequent wash downs with sanitizers. Sikagard Descoglas RM can be topcoated with Sikafloor
422, Sikafloor 340, as well as Sikagard 307 W Sterisept.
Sikagard Hygiene GP
Sikagard Hygiene GP is a seamless, highly durable wall and ceiling coating system that utilizes Sika Bonding primer and Sikagard 205 W Sterisheen. It cures to form an attractive, low-glare,
semi-gloss finish. Sikagard Hygiene GP will tolerate most thermal movement without cracking,
splitting or flaking. Due to its inherent vapor permeability, it allows substrate moisture to escape
without causing blisters beneath the cured film. Sikagard Hygiene GP contains antimicrobial
technology.
Sikagard Hygiene HD
Sikagard Hygiene HD is a seamless highly durable wall and ceiling system that can be installed with or without Reemat fiberglass reinforcement (Standard or Decorative). The Sikagard Hygiene HD system provides a high build, abuse resistant cleanable finish.
Sikagard Hygiene UR
Sikagard Hygiene UR is a seamless highly durable wall and ceiling coating system that utilizes Sikagard 307 W Sterisept. It cures to a hard gloss chemical resistant finish. Sikagard UR System contains antimicrobial technology.
