Sika® CarboDur
A pultruded carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) laminate designed for strengthening concrete, timber and masonry structures. Sika CarboDur is bonded onto the structure as external reinforcement using Sikadur 30 epoxy resin as the adhesive.

2-component, 100% solids, moisture-tolerant, high-modulus, high-strength, structural epoxy paste adhesive.
Use
- Adhesive for bonding external reinforcement to concrete, masonry, steel, wood, stone, etc.
- Structural bonding of composite laminates (Sika CarboDur CFRP) to concrete.
- Structural bonding of steel plates to concrete.
- Suitable for use in vertical and overhead configurations.
- As a binder for epoxy mortar repairs.

Unidirectional E-glass fiber fabric designed for strengthening concrete, timber and masonry. SikaWrap Hex 107G is reinforced in the weft direction with aramid fibers. SikaWrap Hex 107G is field laminated and bonded to the structure using Sikadur 300, Sikadur Hex 300 or Sikadur Hex 306 epoxy to form a glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) used to strengthen structural elements. SikaWrap Hex 107G is pre-qualified for use on California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) projects.
