Sarnafil® G476 SA Waterproofing Membrane
Sarnafil G476 SA is a self-adhered composite sheet consisting of a reinforced thermoplastic waterproofing membrane and a foam backing coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that can be applied directly to a concrete substrate or other approved substrates. G476 SA is used in applications receiving overburden such as plaza decks, green roofs, planters, balconies, terraces and split slab applications. It is manufactured in 6.56 ft. (2 m) wide rolls with a 2.5 in (63.5 mm) selvedge on one side to accommodate heat welding of the seam.
PVC Protection Layer
PVC Protection Layer is a heat weldable thermoplastic protection layer made with recycled PVC. It has an integral reinforcement for dimensional stability and puncture resistance. PVC Protection Layer replaces G445 Protection Layer and is used in all applications where G445 Protection Layer was specified. PVC Protection Layer is installed over the completed Sarnafil waterproofing membrane to provide protection against incidental foot traffic and light overburden installations. It is intended for horizontal installations such as plaza decks, green roofs, balconies and terraces. PVC Protection Layer is available in 5 ft (1.52 m) and 10 ft (3.05 m) wide x 100 ft (30.5 m) long rolls.
Sarnafelt NWP Seperation Layer
Sarnafelt NWP Separation Layer is a high quality geotextile fabric of non-woven polypropylene. Sarnafelt NWP Separation Layer is installed between the waterproofing membrane and the extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation. It can also be used between the waterproofing membrane and protection layers. It is intended to act as separation between products and also to increase the puncture resistance of the waterproofing assembly.
Sarnafelt NWP-HD Leveling Layer
Sarnafelt NWP-HD Leveling Layer is a high quality geotextile fabric of non-woven polypropylene. The NWP-HD is installed over the substrate and below the waterproofing membrane. It is intended to act as both a leveling layer to absorb the inconsistencies of the substrate, and as a separation layer between the waterproofing membrane and any existing waterproofing products.
