Management Trainee Program
How the Program Works
Sika's Management Trainee Program called the 'Future Leaders Program' is an 18-month rotational program for high-potential candidates. During the rotational program, trainees are mentored by a member of our executive team and a peer with a similar career path. Learning occurs primarily through on-the-job projects assigned to each trainee. During the program, the trainee will relocate and work at three Sika worksites throughout the United States.
