Sarnafil® G 476-60

60 mil thick PVC thermoplastic membrane

Sarnafil® G 476-60 is a heat-weldable, guaranteed for thickness, thermoplastic waterproofing and flashing membrane formulated with an integral fiberglass mat carrier sheet for dimensional stability. 

  • Specially compounded for environments of constant dampness, high alkalinity, exposure to plant roots, fungi, and bacterial organisms, as well as low levels of hydrostatic pressure including ponded water conditions

Storage Conditions

Store rolls on pallets and fully protected from the weather with clean canvas tarpaulins. Unvented polyethylene tarpaulins are unacceptable due to the accumulation of moisture beneath the tarpaulin in certain weather conditions that may affect membrane weldability.

Application steps

APPLICATION

Sarnafil® G 476-60 is installed by an authorized Sika Waterproofing Applicator. The membrane is used as the concealed primary waterproofing and flashing sheet with Sika Waterproofing and Green Roofs Systems. Consult with these specifications and your local Sika waterproofing representative. Sarnafil® G 476-60 membrane and flashings must be covered and cannot be left permanently exposed. Typical maximum exposure is limited to 3 months but may vary depending on the location and the time of year. Contact Sika if the anticipated exposure is to exceed 3 months.
