FASTWALL 100-K Assembly

Fastwall 100-K (Krak-Shield) Assembly provides the same durable benefits and aesthetic beauty of the standard Fastwall 100 Assembly, but includes a crack resistance layer as part of the assembly. Cracks can be a common and accepted occurrence in stucco assemblies. However, the introduction of an additional layer of mesh that is embeded into the surface of the base coat will provide enhanced crack resistance to the wall surface. This minimizes the number of cracks that may form on the surface and enhances the overall aesthetic appeal of the exterior. The Krak-Shield layer consists of 'Stucco Mesh' (4.5 oz fiberglass mesh) and 'Stucco Level Coat' embeding coat and can be used for new or existing stucco walls.

Approved Substrate/Backer Boards: OSB, Plywood (EG), Continuous Insulation Boards (CI), and other locally approved wall substrates.

Base Coat: FASTWALL Fiber Reinforced Basecoat

Crack Protection: Stucco Level Coat & Stucco Mesh

Finish: Prema-Flex, Platinum Plus, Exterior Color Coat, SBMF
