Fastwall 300-W HE (WaterMaster) provides the same "High Efficiency" benefits and aesthetic beauty of standard LaHabra Fastwall 300 HE but includes a liquid applied air and water resistive barrier. The use of a liquid applied water resistive barrier is superior to paper based water-resistive barriers because there are no issues with rips or tears in the paper thus providing a continuous layer of moisture protection. Furthermore, the liquid applied water-resistive barrier acts as an air barrier as well. This allows a structures climate control systems to operate more efficiently and saves the building owner money. The combination of the air barrier and continuous insulation on this HE assembly provides the ultimate in energy efficiency for a stucco assembly.
