St. Croix Crossing 4 Lane Bridge Project

The St. Croix Crossing 4 lane bridge project connects Oak Park Heights, MN and St. Joseph, WI. The extradosed bridge system, a hybrid combining concrete box girder and cable-stayed bridge designs, is only the second extradosed bridge constructed in the United Stated.

Michigan Dot I-96 Rapid Patch Project

As one of the heaviest traveled roadways in Michigan, a quick yet effective solution needed to be achieved to repair the deteriorating conditions of the I-96/I-275 corridor between the Detroit and Lansing areas. With high early strength and minimal slump loss, Sika® Rapid-1 allowed for easy concrete placement and minimal lane restrictions. As a result, Sika® Rapid-1 is now specified by Michigan DOT.

The San Francisco 49’ers Stadium

The precast elements on this project were completed utilizing the Sika PerFin-305, a surface enhancing admixture. In this project surface appearance of the precast elements was of high importance.

The Clyfford Still Museum

This project is a good example of the structural beauty that can be achieved through the use of ViscoCrete self consolidating concrete (SCC) for exposed architectural concrete.

Lincoln Memorial

The Lincoln Memorial was leaking 30 million gallons of potable water annually. So in 2012 it was completely replaced. The pool was reconstructed utilizing Sika Watertight Powder, Shrinkage Reducing Admixture and Sika Greenstreak Waterstop to ensure that the structure would be completely watertight.
