These sealants are well-suited for the challenging environments in the manufacturing of insulating glass (IG) units. Profile Wrapping -
Sealants & Adhesives

Sika's hot melt polyurethane adhesives are specifically designed for profile wrapping of wood, MDF, PVC and aluminum cores with paper or PVC foils during vinyl window production. SikaMelt® is well-suited for profile wrapping, with high initial strength and the ability to adhere a wide range of substrates. Containing no VOCs, these melt adhesives are an environmentally friendly product choice.
