Wabo®Trident Finger Joint system expands the use and application of finger joint technology. A strategically designed plurality of finger plates and support mechanism accommodates transverse and vertical bridge deck movements. Each trident finger assembly is pre-tensioned, and elastomeric support bearings create a noise-free, smooth riding surface.
The Wabo®ElastoFlex (EFL) - The Bridge Series joint system is a construction solution designed for bridge joints. It incorporates high-quality elastomeric materials, featuring a continuous gland made of fabric-reinforced EPDM rubber. This glad is securely locked by modular steel-reinforced EPDM anchor blocks, ensuring robust construction. The ends of each anchor block tongue and grooved together to ensure a positive connection and prevent uplift or separation. The membrane gland which is installed continuously curb to curb has a total movement capability of 4 inches.

Bridge Expansion Joint System (BEJS) is a traffic-durable bridge and roadway expansion joint which provides a primary watertight seal. The system is comprised of a pre-compressed, silicone-and-foam hybrid installed into field-applied epoxy adhesive on the joint faces, with the silicone bellows locked to the joint faces with a silicone sealant band. The BEJS SYSTEM features a hydrophobic acrylic impregnation infused into the cellular foam base material resulting in low-temperature flexibility not available in asphalt, wax, or isobutylene-based products.
WaboCrete® II is a highly capable, two-component polyurethane header with a specialty aggregate, 100% solids material for use in exterior construction environments. WaboCrete® II absorbs traffic impact loads and evenly disperses them into the deck, while allowing the system to flex with deck loads. It is resistant to ozone, deicing chemicals, and even harsh abrasives.
The Wabo®Expandex system is a unique expansion joint for asphalt overlays and abutment joints. The system is a one piece monolithic asphaltic plug joint designed to eliminate the need for any anchoring device and provide a flexible yet smooth ridging joint.
Wabo®GutterFlex is a flexible fabric reinforced neoprene profile that satisfies the required movement criteria and compresses without damage during the full cycle of joint closure. Emcrete II by Emseal is a flexible, rapid setting, self-leveling, impact absorbing elastomeric concrete exclusively for bridge and DOT applications. It is a non-hazardous, extremely-low VOC product primarily used filling blockouts, impact-absorbing backfill nosing, patching potholes, or spalls on concrete roadways and bridges. Rapid curing means you can usually install expansion joint systems into an Emcrete II joint header after about 45-minutes. You can turn traffic to Emcrete II used either as patch or as an expansion joint header in 2-3 hours.
Epoxy bonded Seal is a continuous, extruded seal that is bonded into place with a two-component 100% solids adhesive. It is designed to create a watertight seal where water and debris will not enter occupied space below the joint opening under designed movement range.
Wabo®ElastoPatch is an ambient-cured unique modified elastomeric concrete material for repair of random cracks and spalls in existing Portland cement concrete pavement. Wabo®ElastoPatch is resistant to wear under repetitive loadings and chemical attack in harsh environments. Wabo®Flex is a molded rubber segmental expansion joint designed to accommodate structure movements from 2 inches up to 13 inches. The Wabo®Flex system consists of molded rubber segments which are steel reinforced and embedded with corrosion-resistant aluminum wear plates. Tongue and grooves at the end of each rubber segment, prevent uplift or separation while ensuring a watertight connection.
The Wabo®MDM TransFlex is a unique multi-directional movement (MDM) segmental plate expansion joint assembly designed to accommodate large differential displacements, rotations and service movements as well as seismic movements. The simplistic design of the assembly is comprised of four main design components: the deck plate, the elastomeric segmental panels, the support plate and the welded channel/box assembly.
