Responsibilities & Opportunities

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our facility running smoothly and safely. In this role, you'll perform maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and help ensure we produce high-quality products on time. If you have mechanical and electrical know-how, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping things running efficiently, we’d love to meet you!

Compensation Range: $35-$38 per hour

Work Hours:  6:00am-2:30pm MST

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and the facility
  • Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical issues
  • Use tools including welding, cutting torch, and power tools
  • Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork on time
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all safety and environmental policies
  • Wear proper PPE and report any safety concerns
  • Work independently or with a team as needed
  • Pitch in with other duties as assigned

 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Technical degree or certification preferred, but not required
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience (manufacturing or industrial preferred)
  • Strong mechanical and electrical skills
  • Experience with:
  • Single and three-phase industrial electricity
  • Machine repair
  • Arc welding and torch cutting
  • Automation (a plus!)
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Good safety and housekeeping habits
