Providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, lead times, shipping options, and pricing.

Addressing customer concerns or complaints and ensuring resolutions are provided promptly.

Order Processing:

Managing customer orders from receipt through to shipment.

Ensuring that all required documents for export, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, are properly prepared and filed.

Coordinating with internal departments (sales, production, warehouse) to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Managing stock availability, backorders, and ensuring the customer is updated about delivery timelines.

Export Documentation:

Preparing and reviewing all necessary documentation for the export process, including bills of lading, export licenses, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.

Ensuring that all export documentation is compliant with international regulations and meets the requirements of the destination country.

Communicating with the sales team regarding any changes in order fulfillment or customer issues.

Facilitating communication between the customer and internal teams to ensure all needs and specifications are met.

Problem Resolution:

Resolving issues related to product damage, shipment delays, or incorrect orders.

Managing any claims related to transportation or product quality and coordinating returns or replacements when necessary.

Customer Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.

Customer Service Expertise:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Careful tracking of orders and shipments to avoid delays or errors.

Language Skills: Good command in English

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP software / SAP

Competence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and communication tools.

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth export operations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience in customer service, logistics, or export roles 1-2 years.
