Low VOC

Solvent & Isocyanate Free Formula

In the formulation of most sealants, solvents and other compounds are used to make a product easier to apply and spread as well as aid in bonding to substrates and curing. Isocyanate is a type of organic compound that is often used to form polyurethanes and help improve durability and flexibility. When working with sealants that contain solvents and other compounds, proper ventilation and personal protective equipment are crucial because of the negative side effects that can be harmful to both people and the environment. The Sikaflex® Hybrid Self-Leveling Sealant is different from most sealants in that its specialized formula makes it free from solvents and isocyanates.
