Sika Rmax PRO Select Polyiso Insulation Boards are energy-efficient, versatile, multi-application thermal boards with a durable white-matte (non-glare) reinforced aluminum facer on one side and a reflective reinforced aluminum facer on the reverse. Boards can be installed with either the silver or white side out and are available in several thickness sizes such as ½ in., ¾ in., 1 in., 1.5 in. and 2 inches. These boards are also suitable for above-grade and below-grade applications, exposure rated, easy to handle and install, can be left exposed in attics or crawl spaces, are lightweight, durable, air and water-resistive, prevent air infiltration and water intrusion, eliminate thermal bridging through the framing for improved thermal efficiency, and have a thinner profile and higher R-Value than other foam boards (“R” means resistance to heat flow - the higher the R-value, the greater the insulating power). Typical application areas that might use these boards include stud, cavity and masonry walls, exterior stucco, re-siding, vaulted ceilings, attics, crawl spaces and some limited roofing applications.

A one-component, gun grade, universal flashing sealant & adhesive designed to adhere to a wide range of air, vapor and weather barrier surfaces. It provides an excellent seal at transitions between dissimilar materials, can be used for weather sealing where low movement is expected, can be painted over with water, oil, and rubber-based paints (preliminary adhesion and compatibility tests recommended), provides excellent resistance against weathering and moisture, is noncorrosive, forms an elastic bond with great durability, and is UV stable for exterior applications. It is also available in white and dark bronze as a 9-ounce cartridge. Applications where Sikaflex Insulation Sealant / Adhesive would be used include bonding insulation boards and wraps, sealing gaps around windows, doors and penetrations in weather/air barriers or flashing materials, interior air sealing of sheet and liquid applied weather and air barriers, and termination, transition, and edge lap seals.

A transparent, hand-tearable, multipurpose insulating seam tape for various building envelope applications. It is tough and durable, UV resistant for outdoor installations, clear in appearance to visually see the seam or overlap, mold and moisture resistant, performs well in low or high ambient and substrate temperatures, and won't lift once placed on a clean, dust-free, dry surface. Uses include sealing exterior wall sheathing joints, seam joints and overlaps of house wraps and interior or exterior vapor barriers, sealing joints or seams between extruded foam insulation boards, window and door flanges or frames, and patching minor damage caused to wall sheathing and house wrap systems.
