Sika® PostFix® Fence Post Mix can be used with steel, vinyl, and wood posts. It will adhere to many different substrates.

What is the best way to remove Sika® PostFix® Fence Post Mix if it gets on your hands?

Sika® PostFix® Fence Post Mix will gradually be removed from your skin over time. Soap with pumice will help remove it faster (Lava Soap). As always Sika recommends wearing gloves during every application.

Sika® PostFix® is very durable and does not break down,  it will last for several years of service.

Does temperature affect the integrity of Sika® PostFix® and how do you remove product if it spills on cement driveway?

Sika® PostFix® Fence Post Mix must be conditioned between 65° - 75° F for at least 2 hours before it is used. Since the product cures with a chemical reaction, the hotter the A and B components are, the faster it will react. It is always best to let the product cool down to application temperatures. Grinding the top layer of cement off will remove the stain.

How does Sika® PostFix® Fence Post Mix perform in rainy conditions?

The hole must be dry (free from standing water) before the product can be installed. It's recommended to apply this product during a dry day.
