Sikacryl® Pourable Crack Repair Sealant

Fiber reinforced, easy squeeze concrete crack repair sealant

Sikacryl® Pourable Crack Repair Sealant is an easy-to-use, pre-mixed material that is designed to fill and repair narrow cracks on any horizontal concrete surface. This fiber reinforced pourable sealant cures to a semi-textured gray finish that naturally blends with the surface of concrete, and provides a durable, weather resistant seal that can accommodate for minor concrete settlement and movement.

Application steps

SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove all loose dirt and debris, oil, greese, and other foreign materials that may interfere with adhesion and/or performance. Make sure the application area is completely clean, dry, and structurally sound. 

APPLICATION

For cracks deeper that 1/4" (6 mm), use backer rod to fill the crack up to 1/4" (6 mm) below the surface. 

 

Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use to ensure a consistent mixture. Remove the cap and cut the nozzle tip to 1/4" (6 mm) opening for narrower applications and 3/8" (9 mm) opening for wider applications. 
 

Squeeze the Sikacryl® Pourable Crack Repair Sealant directly into the crack, filling the crack up to or just above the surface. Smooth or tool the surface as needed for a uniform, level finish. 
 

Protect newly repaired surfaces from heavy traffic and rain for 24 hours after application. 

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean up excess wet material with a damp rag or sponge. Remove uncured material from skin and tools with soap and water immediately after use. Dried material must be mechanically removed.
