2161 Hawkins is a striking 24-story mixed-use residential tower located in Charlotte’s vibrant South End neighborhood. The building features approximately 370 rental apartment units atop a podium that includes 22,000 square feet of retail space and structured parking. A series of stepped terraces ascend from the public trail, culminating in a rooftop pool and amenity deck that offers sweeping views of the city. A key architectural element of the facade is the use of Senergy EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) with a Senerbrick finish, which provides both energy efficiency and a visually appealing masonry-like texture. This finish contributes to the building’s modern aesthetic while maintaining durability and performance, aligning with the project’s commitment to quality and urban integration.
