Using a system rather than an assembly, the designers of the Ocean Enclave by Hilton were able to reduce the building envelope to just three elements: windows, EIFS, and aluminum panels. EIFS empowered the project team to meet the owner’s goals for the project budget, construction time frame, and single-source responsibility. The facade incorporates a gorgeous architectural feature inspired by the sandy beaches of Myrtle Beach created with SikaWall-4020 Granite & Stone.
The project was was recognized with an Award of Merit during the 2020 EIFS Project Hero Awards, presented by EIMA.
