100% Acrylic Based, Smooth Siliconized, Elastomeric Coating

Factory-mixed, 100% acrylic based, siliconized smooth elastomeric coating that provides enhanced weatherability, flexibility and increased resistance to mildew growth.

  • Silicone enhanced; increases both water repellency and resistance to mold and mildew

Usage

Intended for use as a coating on exterior wall surfaces such as concrete, stucco, unit masonry, or compatible cementitious, acrylic and elasomeric textured finish.

Storage Conditions

  • Store in a cool, dry place protected from freezing, extreme heat and direct sun. Store at no less than 40°F (4.5°C).
  • Do not stack pallets.

Application Information

Ambient Air Temperature

  • When temperatures less than 40°F (4.5°C) prevail, provide supplementary heat during installation and drying period for at least 24 hours after installation and until dry.
  • Do not apply in ambient temperature above 100°F (38°C) or surface temperature above 120°F (49°C).

Drying Time

Under average conditions of 70 °F (21 °C) and 50% Relative Humidity

  • Coating will typically be dry in 24 hours.
  • Drying time is dependent on humidity, air temperature, sun exposure, surface conditions and coating thickness. Lower temperature, higher humidity and application in shaded areas will extend drying time.
  • Protect coating from rain or other precipitation and temperatures less than 40°F (4.5°C) for a minimum of 24 hours and until dry.

Coverage

First Coat: 400-500 ft2 (37-46.5 m2) per pail

Second Coat: 500-600 ft2  (46.5-55.8 m2) per pail

Coverage may vary depending on the texture, porosity and color of the existing substrate.

Two coats are recommended to obtain the maximum elastomeric properties and for substrates with a moderate texture.
