The sophisticated facility is clad in Pebbletex CI-DCA Wall System, a code compliant wall system, including a monolithic layer of continuous insulation, Finestop air / water-resistive barrier and drainage with Limestone Rendering and Metallic Finish. Residents enjoy year-round climate comfort and energy efficiency.
The project was recognized with a 2022 Hero of the Year Award, EIFS Architectural Awards, presented by EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA).
