With a tight construction schedule, the design and build team of American House of Oak Park leveraged Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design wall system, an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), to reduce complexity and create installation efficiency. The wall system includes built in energy efficiency and moisture management layers, covered under a comprehensive single-manufacturer system warranty. Senershield-R air / water resistive barrier and SikaWall-80 MaxFlash liquid flashing membrane is compatible with most cladding types and was installed behind the metal panels and brick masonry on the building for enhanced protection.
