The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Bethlehem, PA is clad in Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design, an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). The system was chosen for its energy efficiency, moisture management and aesthetic versatility. The system seamlessly incorporates key components, including continuous layer of insulation, fluid-applied air / water-resistive barrier and drainage. A hydrophobic finish was applied to provide a water repellent, mold, and mildew resistant finish, helping extend the building aesthetic for years to come.
