The project is the first-of-its-kind in the Boise area featuring a podium pool deck on an upper floor. The 8-story, luxury apartment building includes Senergy’s Channeled Adhesive CI Design and incorporates Senershield-R air/water resistive barrier under the multi-clad exterior for seamless protection against the elements.
