This Fairfield Inn & Suites in Little Rock, Arkansas is a 30,000 square foot project featuring our Channeled Adhesive CI Design. The comprehensive Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) delivers air and water protection with 99% drainage efficiency per ASTM E2273, up to R46 continuous insulation and meets NFPA 285 fire performance requirements.

A unique highlight from this project included a collaboration with the architect and general contractor to achieve the desired horizontal combed effect with Metallic Top Coat and Limestone Finish.
