John Adams Academy is a classical K-12 public charter school, located in California. It's recently completed Lincoln campus reflects a focus on education with a traditional façade incorporating thin brick veneer. The building is wrapped in Senergy's Channeled Adhesive CI Design with SikaWall-1000 MaxGrip Veneer Adhesive, an Insulated Masonry Veneer System with continuous insulation, air/water-resistive barrier and drainage, creating protection from the elements and a comfortable environment for students and staff. The system features SikaWall-1000 MaxGrip Veneer Adhesive, a high strength setting bed mortar used to adhere a variety of masonry veneers. Per ASTM C-666, the mortar creates a freeze-thaw stable bond that shows resistance to deterioration after repeated temperature cycling—this means the thin brick veneer façade will continue to look great for years to come.
