This retail center in South Carolina used the Channeled Adhesive CI Design with SikaWall-1000 MaxGrip Veneer Adhesive exterior wall system to achieve continuous insulation, effective moisture drainage, plus a multi-cladding exterior with thin brick and stone veneer. Channeled Adhesive CI Design with SikaWall-1000 MaxGrip Veneer Adhesive is an Insulated Masonry Veneer System that includes a continuously insulated drainage wall cladding system. It features a fluid-applied air/water-resistive barrier, moisture drainage, continuous exterior insulation, and our latest innovation SikaWall-1000 MaxGrip Veneer Adhesive. The high-strength, specially-formulated setting bed mortar can be used to adhere up to 15 lbs. per sq. ft. of manufactured or natural stone, ceramic tile and thin brick veneer to a broad range of substrates.
