The Writers Theatre is a major Chicagoland cultural destination, nationally known for captivating theatrical experience. When the building exterior needed a refresh, the design team turned to Senergy for a durable cladding system, comprehensive warranty, and technical support. Senergy’s Surfacing System for Concrete and Masonry Units was installed with Limestone Rendering, a lightweight, weather-resistant acrylic finish technique. Additionally Sikalastic® 350 and Sika Thorocoat-400 were used for various concrete curb repairs.
