Located on the waterfront in Jersey City, The Wave is a mixed-use luxury building with uninterrupted views of the Manhattan skyline. The 24-story building includes both residential and retail spaces. The building’s unique wave-like exterior reflects its waterfront surroundings.
The building exterior is clad in 60,000 sq. ft. of Senergy’s Platinum CI wall system with continuous drainage and air / water for effective moisture management and Neopor rigid insulation board for enhanced R-value and impact resistance. Additional wind load and moisture testing was conducted by a third-party building envelope consultant to ensure the performance of the system met the project requirements for the riverside high-rise. Sealants and deck membranes were also supplied for the project, all covered under a single source manufacturer warranty.
