The First Community Bank restoration transformed a failing stucco facade into a high‑performance, visually renewed exterior using the Parex EIFS with drainage system. The original cladding was delaminating and peeling, creating safety concerns and requiring protective pedestrian coverings. After a full facade inspection, the project team removed the deteriorated stucco and reclad the building with Parex EIFS over the existing brick substrate ‒ achieving the timeless aesthetic the design team envisioned through fine and smooth finish textures.
The Parex EIFS system streamlined installation while significantly improving building performance, which included adding 1.5"–3" of EPS insulation to increase the structure’s R‑value and enhanced heating and cooling efficiency. The result is a revitalized facade that delivers long-term durability, modern functionality, and a cohesive architectural look.
