The Araceli DTC Apartments in Denver showcase how Parex EIFS can bring modern design and high performance together across a uniquely challenging triangular site. The building’s façade blends brick and EIFS over a continuous liquid‑applied air/water resistive barrier, ensuring consistent moisture protection across all materials. Parex EIFS proved especially valuable in accommodating the site’s 17‑foot grade change and meeting zoning requirements with a lightweight, flexible cladding solution suited for Denver’s climate. EIFS was also used on key amenity areas, including the southwest corner and central pool deck to support the project’s clean, contemporary aesthetic.

The Parex EIFS system includes two inches of EPS insulation to boost energy efficiency as well as drainage and weather barrier for long-term moisture management. Parex EIFS delivers durability, performance, and cohesive design throughout the Araceli DTC Apartments, enhancing both residential comfort and the building’s integration within Denver’s growing Tech Center district.
