This state-of-the-art performing arts center, a $93-million-dollar facility, serves as the home of the Greensboro Symphony Orchestra and a venue for touring Broadway productions and popular recording artists. The design team selected a striking combination of limestone, glass, and Parex EIFS to achieve a balance of aesthetic excellence, energy efficiency, and design flexibility. The seamless integration of these materials created a visually compelling structure that reflects the sophistication of the arts within.

Parex EIFS played a crucial role in the project's success, providing the architectural consistency and mass needed to complement the stone façade. By utilizing EIFS on the building's back and sides, the design team managed to create a cost-effective solution that allowed the elegant stone front to become a reality. This strategic application not only delivered enhanced energy performance but also ensured the center's visual appeal and functionality met the high standards expected of such a premier cultural destination.

The project was recognized with a 2021 Award of Merit in the Institutional category by EIMA EIFS Architectural Awards.
