SikaBiresin® AP034

(formerly P-34)

SikaBiresin® AP034 is a fast setting, polyester-based, industrial filler paste designed for making repairs or changes to model board surfaces, particularly those that are polyurethane-based. In its cured state, SikaBiresin® AP034 is capable of being shaped and formed to precise requirements, without dulling or damaging tools. SikaBiresin® AP034 bonds to all types of wood and can be finished to a feather edge by sanding, carving, machining or scraping. In its mixed, uncured state, SikaBiresin® AP034 has a smooth, creamy consistency that enables the user to make quick repairs with minimal air entrapment.

Usage

SikaBiresin® AP034 typical applications include use as a filler/patch for master models, engineering changes, fillets and radius areas, as well as pattern/ fixture and tooling applications. It is ideal for finishing and repairing models and fixtures made from polyurethane-based model boards, such as SikaBlock® M600 N and SikaBlock® M700 N. 

This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests with actual materials and conditions have to be performed to ensure satisfactory performance.
