SikaBiresin® AP526

SikaBiresin® AP526 is a fast-setting industrial filler paste. It is specially designed for metal and composite filling applications, providing excellent adhesion to metal and FRP surfaces. SikaBiresin® AP526 exhibits easy mixing, low sag on vertical surfaces, good curing characteristics, and has a low density, allowing for easy sanding and finishing. The product can be finished to a feather edge, and accepts virtually all finishes without the need for special surface preparation.

Usage

SikaBiresin® AP526 is suitable for filling and bonding applications on composite and metal structures which require cosmetic surface filling of pinholes, gouges or voids. Typical applications include bonding of fiberglass-to-metal, metal-to-concrete, detail blocks to FRP, fiber auto panels, wood-to-wood, metal-to-metal, and concrete-to-concrete. It is also suitable for foundry applications.

This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests with actual materials and conditions have to be performed to ensure satisfactory performance.
