Reaching more than 20,000 psi, SikaCrete®-930 UHPC uses patented technology to provide an Ultra High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) mix in a single-component, bag product vs. site-batched concrete mixes that involve weighing multiple powders, aggregates and measuring chemical admixtures with fine detail to ensure batch-to-batch uniformity and provide assurance of the final results.
SikaCrete®-930 UHPC significantly reduces the labor currently associated with UHPC and assures the engineer of specified performance. SikaCrete®-930 UHPC also uses low dust technology to help contractors meet OSHA requirements for respirable quartz. Its unique formula fully mixes in less than 8 minutes, dramatically reducing the mix time associated with site-mixed UHPC mixes and significantly improving the efficiency on the job. The flow properties of SikaCrete®-930 UHPC have been optimized for use in all UHPC applications including headers, shear keys and overlays.
