Sikacrete-930 UHPC

Sikacrete®-930 UHPC represents an important milestone in the continuous innovation that our customers have grown to expect from Sika. Reaching more than 20,000 psi, Sikacrete®-930 UHPC uses patented technology to provide an Ultra High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) mix in a single-component, bag product vs. site-batched concrete mixes that involve weighing multiple powders, aggregates and measuring chemical admixtures with fine detail to ensure batch-to-batch uniformity and provide assurance of the final results.

Sikacrete®-930 UHPC significantly reduces the labor currently associated with UHPC and assures the engineer of specified performance. Sikacrete®-930 UHPC also uses low dust technology to help contractors meet OSHA requirements for respirable quartz. Its unique formula fully mixes in less than 8 minutes, dramatically reducing the mix time associated with site-mixed UHPC mixes and significantly improving the efficiency on the job. The flow properties of Sikacrete®-930 UHPC have been optimized for use in all UHPC applications including headers, shear keys and overlays. 

 

Current outdated technology requires on-site batching:

Sika MonoTop-4500 Geo Hybrid

Sika MonoTop®-4500 Geo Hybrid is a one-component, pre-packaged, ready-to-use, fiber reinforced, high strength, shrinkage-compensated hybrid geopolymer mortar. Formulated for application by trowel or low-pressure spray. It is designed especially for the repair of vertical and overhead surfaces in highly corrosive environments.
