Craig Haley — Technical Specifications Manager

Craig Haley joined Greenstreak in 1998 as Product Manager for the Architectural Formliner line, while also providing technical support for the company’s waterstop and construction accessory products manufactured in St. Louis. In 2000, he relocated to California to launch and manage Greenstreak’s new West Coast sales and distribution facility.

In 2010, Greenstreak was acquired by Sika, and operations were consolidated into Santa Fe Springs. This transition shifted Craig’s role to a focused outside sales position across the Western region. As Sika expanded its waterproofing solutions—including the introduction of the SikaProof A membrane line—his responsibilities evolved again, with a more specialized focus on the commercial waterproofing market. Along the way, Craig benefited from extensive in-person training with Sika in St. Louis, Switzerland, and Dubai.

Sika’s ongoing strategic acquisitions have built one of the most comprehensive building envelope portfolios in the industry, allowing the company to move beyond traditional sales roles and truly operate as solution providers in the market.

In January, Craig transitioned into the role of Technical Specifications Manager, where he now works more closely with architects and consultants to strengthen specification positions for Sika’s products. After 28 years in the industry, one piece of advice has stayed with him—shared by Rick Montani: “If you don’t like change, you’ll like irrelevancy even less.”

Sika has consistently provided opportunities for growth throughout his career, and he is grateful for the path it has enabled.
