Step 1
3 Hours
Sika® MB Redline is our 2 component epoxy that will protect and prepare your substrate. Redline can be used as a moisture barrier, substrate consolidation or adhesion promoter. In as little as 3 hours, you are ready for the next step.
Step 2
30 Minutes
Now that you have 100% protection, the next step is Sika® Level-02 EZ Primer. 02 EZ will create a CSP-3 texture by ICRI guideline and will create the perfect bond for the next step. Curing times range between 30 to 45 minutes, just in time for self levelers.
Step 3
90 Minutes
Last but not the least, Sika Level®-525 Rapid provides you with a high flow, smooth and level underlayment. With a curing time of just 90 minutes, Sika® Level-525 Rapid is perfect for moisture sensitive floor covering in fast track applications.
HOW DOES THE SIKA SECURE RAPID SYSTEM STACK UP?
Sika® MB Redline resolves your moisture issues in 3 hours, Sika® Level-02 EZ Primer provides an adequate surface profile after 30 to 45 minutes, and lastly Sika® Level-525 Rapid supplies a flat, level and smooth surface.
That means in approximatively 5 to 6 hours you can have a fully integrated Sika Secure Rapid System ready for floor coverings.
