The Long-Term Solution for the Sofitel Hotel

The Juliet Balconies at this high-profile hotel in Beverly Hills, CA were in need of some sustainable restoration efforts, and Sika had the product for the job! The small ledges on the balcony were allowing water to get into the room, so the hotel needed a solution. Sikadur 22 mortar was used to drain water away from the room. After removing excess sand, Sikalastic 710/715 Lo VOCSystem was used to create a clean, fresh look.
