UltraCure DOT

Single-Use Wet Curing Blankets for DOT and Pervious Applications

UltraCure DOT is a single-use wet curing blankets provide constant and thorough hydration while maintaining a 100% relative humidity condition on the slab for a curing period of 14 days resulting in less surface discoloration and more evenly cured concrete.

Packaging

Sika® UltraCure DOT™ rolls are shrink wrapped in a clear poly covering and stacked four (4) wide by eight (8) high on a wooden pallet that will have the overall dimensions of forty four (44) inches wide by ninety six (96) inches long. 384 rolls fit onto a truck (12 pallets). One roll of Sika® UltraCure DOT™ weighs 50 lbs. One pallet of Sika® UltraCure DOT™ weighs 2,000 lbs.

Coverage: 800 ft2 per roll (8 ft wide x 100 ft long roll)

Super absorbent fibers that effectively trap water and serve as a hydrating reservoir for the slab as it cures.

Remove any debris and loose material from the concrete surface to be cured.
