Two Component Polyurethane Porefiller as Part of the Sika Comfortfloor flooring range

Sikafloor® Comfort Porefiller is a two-component, high solids and VOC-free polyurethane compound. It is applied as a flexible and durable high quality levelling and sealing compound for granular rubber Sikafloor® Comfort Regupol-6015H mats used in Sika ComfortFloor® Pro and Sika ComfortFloor® Decorative Pro systems.

Sikafloor® Comfort Porefiller
  • Is a durable high quality compound used for sealing and levelling of the permeable surface of prefabricated granular rubber sheets

Depending on the shock pad structure: 90-110 Sq.ft Per gallon.
 
Application steps

MIXING

Premix component thoroughly mixed using a low speed drill and jiffy blade (300–400 rpm). Add the complete content of the component B and mix A and B thoroughly to a homogeneous mixture. Do not dilute! Over mixing must be avoided to minimize air entrainment.

                      

Mixing Tools

Sikafloor® Comfort Porefiller must be thoroughly mixed using a low speed drill and jiffy blade (300–400 rpm) or other suitable equipment.

APPLICATION

Sikafloor® Comfort Porefiller is poured and spread evenly by means of a metal trowel.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean all tools and application equipment with Thinner C immediately after use. Hardened and/or cured material can only be removed mechanically.
