For thirty years, Jim Hendley, Sika’s Life Science Vertical Market Manager, has worked with some of the world’s most recognized Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations on major projects both in the United States and abroad. Jim is an industry recognized expert, whose opinions are often sought after by the Life Sciences media. He is a published author and is a frequent speaker on issues relating to hygienic environments at industry forums and conferences. 

Shannon is a familiar entity in the resinous flooring business have held managerial, sales and technical positions with well-known industry companies, most recently as a Strategic Accounts Manager for a national supplier of industrial floor coatings.  Shannon’s focus on Advanced Manufacturing includes EV/Battery Manufacturing, Data Centers, Chip Design/Manufacturing and others.

Lisa has been in the resinous flooring industry for 26 years first with Valspar and now with Sika Corporation.  She has held a variety of positions including director of business development, general management, research & development, technical service, operations, customer service, sales and marketing. Lisa is a recognized expert in the Athletic and Sports Floor industry and advises and consults on many complex projects each year.  She also is responsible for Sika’s Corporate Accounts group.

For over 35 years, Jim Ziegler has collaborated with architecture and design firms across every industry including life sciences, food/beverage, manufacturing, education and military/government sectors. He has held technical management positions with some of the worlds most recognized resinous floor and wall manufacturers in the US and abroad. Jim is an industry expert, whose opinions are often sought after by the media for his insight on emerging trends. He is a published author and speaker at industry forums and conferences. Jim maintains technical accreditations with EOS, SSPC CCI, NACE,ICRI, CSI and ISPE.

Carl is an industry recognized expert on FSMA regulations as related to
hygienic floor and wall systems.  For over twenty years he has advised major industry entities, such as Nestle Foods, The Kroger Company and Kellogg’s, in designing and implementing hygienic floor and wall systems in their FDA and USDA inspected facilities.  

Christopher joined Sika as part of its acquisition of Master Builders Systems, where he had over twenty years’ experience in the flooring industry and established a reputation as an expert in the use and application of MMA flooring systems, which are used prominently in the sports and leisure markets.  His knowledge extends to all facets of resinous flooring, including moisture mediation to facility rehabilitation.
