Sikafloor®-372 Urethane Accelerator

Advanced Generation, Cold Cure Catalyst and Flow Improvement Agent for Sikafloor® 315 N, Sikafloor® 316 N , Sikafloor® 340 and Sikafloor® 510 N LPL Systems.

Sikafloor®-372 Urethane Accelerator is an additive specifically formulated to reduce cure time of Sikafloor® 315 N, Sikafloor® 316 N , Sikafloor® 340 and Sikafloor® 510 N LPL. polyaspartic coating systems under normal and in cold conditions. It is suitable for use in installations where substrate temperature is between 45 °F and 64 °F (7–18 °C). Sikafloor®-372 Urethane Accelerator represents a superior polyurethane technology, combining easier application and improved performance.

Application steps

MIXING

Always follow the standard mixing instructions published on the Product Data Sheet for the specific Sikafloor®-372 Urethane Accelerator product. Pre-mix Components A and B separately, ensuring that all solids are uniformly distributed and even consistencies are achieved individually. Premeasure the correct amount of Sikafloor®-372 Urethane Accelerator into the syringe provided. Refer to the chart in Typical Data section for correct dosage. Do not add accelerator until immediately before product is ready to be used.

  

 

If using Sikafloor® SCO color additive, add to A (resin) component and mix for 2–1/2 minutes and until uniform in color. Add Components A + B. Mix the combined components for at least 3 minutes using a low speed drill (300–450 rpm) and Exomixer or Jiffy type paddle suited to the volume of the mixing container to minimize entrapped air. Be careful not to introduce any air while mixing. Make sure the contents are completely mixed to avoid any weak or partially cured spots in coating. During the mixing operation, scrape down the sides and bottom of the container with a flat or straight edge trowel at least once to ensure complete mixing. When fully mixed, slowly add and the entire contents of the premeasured Sikafloor®-372 Urethane Accelerator and blend for 2 minutes to ensure complete mixing.
