WATER-BASED CONDUCTIVE PRIMER FOR CONDUCTIVE SIKAFLOOR COATINGS

SikafloorSikafloor®-222 W ESD is a two-component water based epoxy primer with high electrostatic conductivity. It is designed for use in combination with Sikafloor®-200C ESD, and Sikafloor®-260 ESD and Sikafloor®-270 ESD electrostatic conductive coating systems. Sikafloor®-222 W ESD can be used on a variety of substrates, including existing non-conductive coatings or resurfacers and epoxy primed concrete. Sikafloor®-222 W ESD requires a concrete primer prior to application, such as Sikafloor®-160, Sikafloor®-161 or Sikafloor®-1610.

HIGH BUILD ELECTROSTATIC CONTROL EPOXY COATING

Sikafloor®-200 ESD is a four-component ESD epoxy coating system designed to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates in conjunction with ESD footwear, including existing non-conductive substrates. ANSI S20.20-2021 compliant resistance range to meet specific industry and DOD standards. Sikafloor®-200 ESD will impart static dissipative resistance readings as a stand-alone topcoat on top of standard epoxy concrete primer such as Sikafloor 161 or Sikafloor 160 or Sikafloor 165 FS or Sikafloor 1620.

• Conforms to ANSI S20.20-2021.
• Static dissipative range 1.0 X 106 to 1.0 X 109 ohms. per ANSI S7.1 / ASTM F150.
• Conforms to ANSI/ESD 97.1 with compliant footwear or shoe grounders.

HIGH BUILD ELECTROSTATIC CONTROL EPOXY COATING

Sikafloor®-200 C ESD is a four-component ESD epoxy coating system designed to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates in conjunction with ESD footwear, including existing non-conductive substrates. ANSI S20.20-2021 compliant version resistance ranges to meet specific industry and DOD standards such as those found in electronic manufacturing facilities.

• Conforms to ANSI S20.20 -2021
• Conductive range 2.5 X 104 to 1.0 X 106 ohms per ANSI/ESD S7.1/ASTM F-150.
• Body voltage generation under 15V with ESD compliant footwear per ANSI/ESD 97.2.

Sikafloor®-260 ESD is a two-component ESD epoxy coating system designed to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates in conjunction with ESD footwear. It is ANSI S20.20 - 2021 compliant and has conductive resistance range to meet specific industry and DOD standards.

HIGH BUILD ELECTROSTATIC CONTROL EPOXY FLOOR COATING

Sikafloor®-264 ECF is a cost-effective, two-component ESD epoxy coating system designed to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates in conjunction with ESD footwear, including existing non-conductive substrates. Sikafloor 264 ECF is ANSI/ESD 7.1 and ASTM F150 compliant for product qualification and demonstrates conductive properties to meet other applicable ESD standards.

• Conductive range 2.5 X 104 to 1.0 X 106 ohms per ANSI/ESD S7.1/ASTM F-150.
• Conforms to ANSI/ESD 97.1 Floor Materials and Footwear.
• Consistent resistance measurements are obtained when testing in accordance with standard methods.

CHEMICAL RESISTANT NOVOLAC HIGH BUILD ELECTROSTATIC CONTROL EPOXY COATING

Sikafloor®-270 ESD is a two-component ESD epoxy coating system designed to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates in conjunction with ESD footwear, including existing nonconductive substrates. Sikafloor 270 ESD complies with ANSI S20.20 - 2014 for product qualification and demonstrates conductive properties to meet other applicable ESD standards.

• Conforms to ANSI S20.20-2014 when tested in accordance with ANSI STM 97.1
• Conductive range 2.5 X 104 to 1.0 X 106 ohms per ANSI/ESD S7.1/ASTM F-150. 
• Body voltage generation under 30V with ESD compliant footwear.

ALIPHATIC POLYURETHANE FLOOR COATING CONTAINING UV BLOCKER TECHNOLOGY, LOW VOC, LOW ODOR, GLOSS FINISH OR OPTIONAL SEMI-GLOSS FINE AGGREGATE TEXTURE FINISH

Sikafloor®-315 N is a high solids, low VOC, low odor, highly abrasion resistant, aliphatic polyurethane coating. This high performance system contains unique UV blocker technology that provides superior ultraviolet light screening properties that significantly improves color retention values of the underlying resin floor system. It has excellent clarity when applied as a two part clear gloss coating, or as a three-part semi-gloss textured finish with the addition of prepackaged optional wear aggregate. Sikafloor®-315 N Clear provides excellent adhesion and wear resistance properties when overcoating epoxy or polyurethane substrates. It has excellent chemical resistance.

ELECTROSTATIC CONTROL ALIPHATIC UV, CHEMICAL RESISTANT URETHANE COATING

Sikafloor®-340 ESD is a five component, aliphatic polyurethane ESD control system. The system is applied in two coats to provide a tough, durable ESD surface with matte finish.

• Conforms to ANSI S20.20-2021.
• Static Dissipative Range of 1.0 x 106 to 1.0 x 109 ohms when tested per ANSI/ESD S7.1 / ASTM F150.
• Conforms to ANSI/ESD 97.1 with compliant footwear or shoe grounders.

ELECTROSTATIC DISSIPATIVE EPOXY FLOOR COATING

Sikafloor®-2350 ESD NA is a two-component ESD epoxy coating system utilizing carbon nano tube to impart electrostatic control properties to a variety of substrates in conjunction with ESD footwear, including existing non-conductive substrates. ANSI S20.20-2021 compliant resistance range to meet specific industry and DOD standards. Sikafloor®-2350 ESD NA will impart static dissipative resistance readings as a stand-alone topcoat on top of standard epoxy concrete primers such as Sikafloor®-161, Sikafloor®-160, Sikafloor®-165 FS, Sikafloor®-1620, or a conductive system when used in conjunction with Sikafloor®-220 W.

• Conforms to ANSI S20.20-2021. Static dissipative range 1.0x106 to 1.0x109 ohms per ANSI S7.1/ASTM F150.
• Conforms to ANSI/ESD 97.1 with compliant footwear or shoe grounders. Conductive range of 2.5x104 to 1.0x106 when used with Sikafloor®-220 W NA Conductive Primer.
• Body voltage generation under 15V with ESD compliant footwear per ANSI/ESD 97.2.
