SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier creates a dust proof and industrially hard concrete surface in a single application. Its proprietary chemical composition sets itself apart from other more conventional systems or products in this space. SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier allows for minimal downtime and can be sprayed on and left to dry as is.

Storage Conditions

Do not break seal until SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier is ready for use. Maintain unused SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier in the original container. Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry location and maintain temperatures between 40-100°F (4.4-37.8°C). Do not freeze.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Concrete refinement is a process requiring the use of three separate products that include SikaCem®-191 CS Cutter, SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier, and SikaCem®-193 CS Guard. The products must be used together to attain the desired results. SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier is designed for use after all mechanical cutting stages of the concrete are complete.

 

Densify with SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier either before a 400 grit semi metal or after. If you choose to densify after the 400 grit semi metal, make sure that all of the silica is removed from the surface prior to use of your first dry tool. The surface must be completely dry before using the first dry tool.

MIXING

SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier is ready to use and requires no blending or dilution. Mild agitation is recommended before usage.

 

APPLICATION

  1. Using a high-volume, low-pressure, commercial grade pump up sprayer, apply SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier uniformly onto the slab surface at the recommended coverage rate.
  2. Work the product into the surface using a soft bristled broom and keep the surface wet with SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier for a minimum of 30 minutes. Apply additional SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier as needed to maintain surface saturation.
  3. Allow SikaCem®-192 CS Densifier to air dry.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean sprayers with warm soapy water following use.
