Paradise Island Bridge Project

The Paradise Island East Bridge connecting Paradise Island to Nassau, Bahamas recently had some serious concrete refurbishment repairs. This Bridge to Paradise’s full makeover took 12 months to complete costing $5.6M, which included repairs to girders, piers, pier caps, abutments, railings and columns restoring the roadway to its former glory.

RFK Bridge Project

Formerly known as the Triborough Bridge, the Robert F. Kennedy (RFK) Bridge consists of a series of elevated highways and bridges that span over three boroughs: Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx. This major thruway carries eight lanes of Interstate 278 and six lanes of NY 900G over the Harlem River, the Bonx Kill, and a strait of the East River known as the “Hell Gate”.

Sunshine Skyway Bridge Project

As one of the most renowned structures in America, the Sunshine Skyway Bridge has caught the attention of many. Former New York Times architecture critic, Paul Goldberger, has described the bridge as “from an aesthetic standpoint that may well rank as the most impressive piece of large-scale bridge design in this country in half a century.” Unfortunately, the bridge has a bit of a cursed history that has plagued the structure for years.
