PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Sika Products from multiple business units were heavily specified in many areas of application for this project. Local distributor sales representatives and Sika sales representatives worked hand in hand with the waterproofing subcontractor to refine material scopes for certain areas. For waterproofing over the occupied spaces below, liquid applied membrane, Sikalastic®Roofpro was chosen for its conformability, alkali resistance and roofing capabilities.
UNIQUE PROBLEM
Protection for the occupied space below the roof and below the balconies that housed the luxury vehicle inventory. The project needed a stunning showroom and a waterproofing solution.
PROJECT SOLUTION
Sikalastic RoofPro was able to provide roofing protection for occupied spaces, waterproofing protection to support decorative tile overburden and provide a single source long term warranty. This beautiful second floor supercar showcase will be reliably protected for years to come.
