Ron Combs has stepped into the role of Director of Sales, Aftermarket for Sika's USA operations.

Ron, who has been an integral part of our team since March 1997, brings with him a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. His journey with Sika began as a Marketing Services Administrator, and he has since taken on various roles, including Market Field Manager, HR Coordinator & Facilities Manager, and National Sales Manager. Most recently, Ron served as the National Sales Manager for Aftermarket.

Ron’s tenure at Sika is a testament to his dedication and expertise. In his new role, he will oversee the execution and sales growth for all US Aftermarket business, including Regional Accounts, National Accounts, and Distributors.

With more than 25 years of experience within Sika’s AGR business, Ron's leadership and deep industry knowledge have consistently delivered exceptional results.
