Built in the early 2000's 475 condo stands out as a unique luxury boutique property with modern architecture and many custom features. Located in downtown St Petersburg Florida the building was often subject to tropical moisture conditions from Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Over time persistent water intrusion issues arose. Karins Engineering was hired to investigate the leaks and create a repair scope to restore the property all while elevating the appearance of the balcony and terrace areas for the unit owners. Complete Property Services was hired to perform this restoration. Initially improperly installed sloping and water-proofing was discovered resulting in a comprehensive removal and was properly replaced using Sika's SikaQuick 1000 repair mortar. After the decks were properly sloped, Sika's RoofPro 624 system was installed. CPS was able to execute this work without disrupting the pedestrian traffic on the sidewalks or the thriving business located on the ground level. Thanks to the expertise or Karins Engineering, CPS, and proven products from Sika, the 475 Condo will be beautiful and leak free for years to come!

Sikalastic RoofPro 624WP offered a long term robust water-proofing solution that could also receive overburden like Gemstone decorative finishes. 475 Condo now has a long term warranted waterproofing solution that compliments the unique modern architecture of the property.
