North Dallas Bank & Trust was having their roof replaced and was seeking a solution to the skylights that was more long term than traditional wet glazing. The project was placed out tobid by Amtech Building Sciences.
PROJECT SOLUTION
Problem and systemic leaks in the skylights were able to be corrected and waterproofed witha seamless membrane system that still allowed the natural light into the building. K-Post was able to complete the project in the summer of 2011 even with some very hot weather conditions. The Clearglaze membrane system with RoofPro membrane over the mullions has provided a leak free application for over 10 years.
